3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with service providers (Section 5) under contract, or where legally required.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep waitlist data until the earlier of: (a) you unsubscribe or request deletion, or (b) 24 months after your last interaction with us or after launch, whichever is earlier. After that we delete or anonymize it.

5. Service Providers (Processors)

We share data with service providers who help us operate the waitlist — including email delivery, hosting, database, and security providers, each processing data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. See our full list of sub-processors for details.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The waitlist pages use only strictly necessary cookies, required to make the site work and to record your consent. We run no advertising or product-analytics cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is shown; EU visitors see a brief, dismissible notice about these essential cookies. We use Sentry (Section 5) for application error monitoring, configured to collect no personal data — no IP address, email, or cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in Belgium, the Belgian Data Protection Authority / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit). California and other US-state residents have rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

The waitlist is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Notice; material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
